Salon Policy

LATE/NO-SHOW/CANCELLATION

We ask that you contact the salon if you’re over 05 minutes late for your appointment. Should you arrive late, we will do our best to hold your reservation and accommodate you, but if you do not let us know, your appointment will be considered a walk-in.

DIABETIC CUSTOMERS:

Please notify your spa professional if you are a diabetic prior to services being rendered.

REGULAR POLISH: 

We do NOT guarantee the longevity of any regular polish product once the service has been completed. Any fixes will incur an additional charge.

GEL POLISH/ DIP POWDER/ ACRYLIC:

We can repair your nails or answer any questions you may have for free if you call us and schedule an appointment. We provide a 5-day guarantee on acrylic nail, including gel polish, breakage if the nails were too thin when first enhanced at our salon, or any issues related to the application during the appointment/service. This includes nail repairs resulting from excessive force (damage caused by blunt force, nail fractures, bleeding nails), as well as nail enhancement disfiguration (biting, filing down your fingernails at home).

Whenever you notice any issues with your nails, feel free to contact us immediately so that we can accommodate your next visit. Charges will be applied to any issues brought up after the 5-day period.

We are always willing to assist you if you encounter any problems with your services.

GIFT CARDS:

It is a perfect gift for every occasion and a great way to say congratulations, thank you, happy birthday, I love you, or just to make someone feel special! They are available in several denominations and are redeemable for any service or product. All gift cards are valid for 12 months. They are non-refundable and valid for services and products only.

Fusion Nail Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Gift card balances cannot be returned or exchanged in an event that a gift card is lost or stolen.

VALUABLES:

We regret that we cannot be responsible or liable for any lost, damaged or stolen items. 

SERVICE GUARANTEE:

Although we do not give cash refunds, we always want our customers to be 100% satisfied with our services. If you are not 100% satisfied, we ask that you contact us within 5 days of your original service so that we may schedule you to have your services corrected free of charge. Any issues reported longer than 5 days from the original appointment date will not immediately be considered a redo but will be handled on a case by case basis.

PETS:

Pets are cute. Unfortunately, Alabama state board laws do not allow any pets in salons during business hours, unless they are registered service dogs. A few other mindful reasons to consider include: Other clients could have allergies, or even worse; a fear of dogs. As such, we must be respectful to all our guests and maintain a serene salon environment.

REFUSAL OF SERVICE:

Anyone with a nail condition we suspect may be contagious

Anyone with open or infected wounds on the treatment area

Anyone in ill health that we may suspect may be contagious, or we fear could be harmed by our service

Anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to our nail technicians and other customers

We reserve our right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason.
